Processing Times

●       Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays or national public holidays.

●       If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you promptly via SMS or email.

Delivery timelines and shipping fees are calculated based on your total order value at checkout:

●       Standard Shipping Timeline: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days across India (depending on whether the destination is a major metro, Tier-2 city, or rural region).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our domestic courier partners, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation SMS and/or email containing a tracking link. Tracking details typically become active and scannable within 24 hours of dispatch.

 

Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your package in a damaged condition, or if an order is lost in transit by the courier service, please reach out to our support team at online@kamalhealthcare.com immediately. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement shipment for you at no additional cost. Please retain all original packaging material for verification.
