AVM Super Dry Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are personal hygiene and healthcare items (such as adult diapers, underpads, and wipes), we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all our customers.
Returns & Exchanges
● Hygiene Exception: Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used items.
● Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
● Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged product, a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item entirely, please contact us immediately at online@kamalhealthcare.com or 7418996888 with:
1. Your order number.
2. A clear photograph or video of the damaged/incorrect product. We will happily arrange for a free replacement or a full refund for verified damaged or incorrect shipments.
Refunds Process Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
● If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
Return Shipping
● If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
● If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
